I have been a Personal Trainer for 2 years now, after falling in love with going to the gym I decided I wanted to be able to help people reach their own goals. For me there is nothing more rewarding then helping people fall in love with themselves and seeing them get more confidence in themselves. I know how daunting and overwhelming it can be when you first go to the gym and that is why I wanted to start becoming a Personal Trainer. My job is to help you create a healthy lifestyle, to add exercise to your routine and help you enjoy it. No matter what your goals are I can help you achieve them!
I went from weighing 62kg and not being happy, feeling tired and groggy all the time to 53kg and being happier and more confident than I've ever been. I have my energy and I don't restrict myself!
